The Oak Tree Inn is at the heart of the beautiful village of Balmaha, on the eastern shores of Loch Lomond. The inn features B&B accommodation, along with a popular restaurant and bar, serving good Scottish Food & Drink, with Gluten Free and Vegan options available. There is also St Mocha Coffee Shop & Ice Cream Parlour, serving coffee roasted on site and home made ice cream. There is also a handy Village Shop selling gifts and food items. Located close to the Oak Tree is there pontoon, with water busses and cruises. Tickets available from The Village Shop.

The Oak Tree is ideal for walking, located on the West Highland Way. Ben Lomond is just a short drive away. The popular Conic Hill and the National Park Visitor Centre is just across from The Oak Tree Inn.
