Loch Lomond Shores Christmas Festival is a Christmas cracker this year!
Festival returns on the 6th and 7th December with lots of family fun.

A family rollercoaster, giant snow globe, children’s rides, stalls, street food and a packed live entertainment schedule makes Loch Lomond Shores FREE Christmas festival the perfect Christmas day out for all the family.
Our popular Frozen-themed family rollercoaster returns loch-side to not only give thrills, but also great views and joins our other children’s funfair rides to add to the fun. Our giant snow globe also returns so that families can get some festive-themed pictures and memories of a great day out.
On stage entertainment throughout is courtesy of Lomond Radio with a whole host of local talent performing. And we don’t just have just one pipe band – we have two – with Dumbarton Pipe Band performing at 11am on Saturday and Dunoon Pipe Band performing at 2pm on Sunday! On Saturday we’ll also have Anna and Elsa from Frozen making an appearance from 12pm to 2pm.
The wide range of festival stalls will be full of fresh produce and great gift ideas, while our stores are stocked with everything you need to buy for family & friends and some fantastic Christmas outfits, as well as cosy clothing, footwear and bedwear.
Jurassic Grill will be providing their usual delicious dino-dining experience which is perfect to get warm and enjoy some great food during the festival from 12pm onwards – best make sure you book to avoid disappointment! Meanwhile our cafes will be offering an abundance of snack and meal options, including a few fab festive options at Café Zest.
Santa will be at SEA LIFE throughout the weekend but remember to book in advance. However, you don’t need to book our adventure golf, or simply to enjoy our playpark, beaches, woodland walks and browse our shops for gifts and treats. There will even be boat tours (weather dependent) courtesy of Loch Lomond Leisure so, if you fancy a boat ride, make sure to book on their website.
Audrey Calder from Loch Lomond Shores commented on the festival:
“It’s our favourite festival of the year as we get to enjoy bringing a bit of Christmas magic to all our festival goers and watch children have an amazing time.
“We’re also really excited for everyone to see and enjoy our amazing new Christmas decorations, including our giant Santa in our foyer, stunning archway of lights loch-side and all the other fun, colourful decorations throughout the site!”
The festival runs from 10am to 5pm each day on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th December and is FREE to come along and enjoy.
