It includes a detailed safety brief from one of their qualified instructors before you set off to explore Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. You'll get to clamber up rope ladders, traverse tricky crossings, swing into giant cargo nets and ride super-fast zip wires – two of which are over 400 metres long.
It’s an all-weather activity so forget your glad rags. Old, comfy clothing is your best bet. Dress for the elements. And we wouldn't recommend wearing white. Grown-up fun in the great outdoors.
