Aberfoyle

Aberfoyle is a charming and popular holiday village on the banks of the River Forth in the magnificent Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. The village has a very attractive main street and is well served with individual shops, cafés and restaurants.

The Scottish Wool Centre tells the story of wool, from sheep to the shops, via live sheep shows and hands-on demonstrations of spinning and working sheepdogs.

The Queen Elizabeth Forest Park Visitor Centre is situated to the south of Aberfoyle. The impressive visitor centre allows visitors to get up close to all kinds of wildlife and natural heritage with live CCTV screens, and the centre regularly hosts outdoor activities for all ages.
