This FREE event in Helensburgh on Monday 29 February from 10 am - 4pm is delivered by specialists with extensive experience working with both the Food & Drink and Tourism sectors and will introduce ideas and opportunities to develop and deliver food and drink based offerings.
Local Food & Drink Producers shall also be exhibiting their produce and shall be present to network with the attendees.

1) Menu Planning - Aim: to get delegates to discuss and consider how they could develop menus with distinctive Loch Lomond/Argyll flavours that highlight local producers.
2) Social Media –Best practice examples and ideas on how to use social media to tell stories around food and drink, and ways to engage with customers and relevant audiences, using case study examples from local businesses and beyond.
3) “Telling the Stories” session discussing how businesses can most effectively promote their use of local produce and bring the stories behind it to life.
