The Climber's Cottage is in the centre of the village of Tarbet, at the end of a very quiet cul de sac, well away from the busy main road, and within walking distance of The Tarbet Hotel, Ballyhennan Restaurant,Tarbet Post Office and Tea Room. The bay at Tarbet is breathtakingly beautiful and Cruise Loch Lomond offers boat trips and a ferry service from the pier to Rowardennan and Inversnaid, from where you can access the West Highland Way or climb Ben Lomond! Tarbet is an excellent centre from which to tour the West Highlands and Argyll, and is also on the West Highland Railway line.
