Bach Flower Remedies, which are blended to suit your requirements, as these work on the emotions rather than physical problems.

Hot Stone, Warm Bamboo,  Swedish Body, Indian Head, and Aromatherapy massages. 

We also offer Hopi Ear Candles, Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology

Reiki courses on all levels - one to one can be arranged.  Maximum class size is 4 students as we believe in giving individual attention.
