The Booking is not binding until it is confirmed by the owner.
The period of hire shall be from 4p.m. on day of arrival and vacated by 10a.m. on departure day without the process of law.
Deposit of 50% secures the booking. Full Balance payable not later than 8 weeks before arrival.
The hirer at all time maintain the cottage and contents in a clean and tidy condition and accept the accommodation as it is equipped at commencement of hire. The owner reserves the right to make any additional charge to the departing tenant if the cottage is left in a dirty condition.
The hirer shall allow the owner or employees entry to the premises for all reasonable purposes.
Hirers are responsible for articles broken or damaged. .(no cheap replacements)The use of naked lights prohibited. Candles prohibited.
If residents have any complaints they must be taken up with the owners before leaving the property.
There is NO SMOKING and sorry NO PETS
In the event of cancellation the hirer must advise the owner in wiriting immediately, once monies, have been paid this is forfeited should holiday be cancelled. All effort will be made to re-let if possible.
In the event of non-availability or the property for any reason beyond the owner's control(i.e.fire)all rent and charges paid in advance by the applicant will be refunded, but the applicant shall have no further claim against the owner.
We recommend that guests take out holiday cancellation insurance.
The owner reserves the right to decine to hand over the property to any persons who in their opinion is not suitable to take charge. In such cases the hire charge will be refunded in full and the liability of the owner shall cease.
The owners cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage, accident or mishap to persons or their property whilst in and around the cottages or for any illness or injury from any cause whatsoever including cars.
