Ballat Smithy Cottage, Ballat Smithy, Balfron Station, G63 0SE, Drymen

Ballat Smithy Cottage is a high quality two bedroom, semi detached cottage created from the original workshops of Ballat Smithy, which was built about 1830 for the Buchanan estates of the Duke of Montrose. Ideally situated for exploring central Scotland, the cottage faces south with views to the Campsie Fells and the surrounding fields and woods. There are two bedrooms equipped with double or twin beds as required; a cot is available. All heating, electricity, linen and towels are included in the price; a selection of Fair Trade and local produce is also included. There is private parking and a small garden with sheltered patio.
