Two Scoops for Loch Lomond MSP's in St. Mocha Birthday Celebrations
St Mocha Coffee Shop and Ice Cream Parlour got a special visit to celebrate its 2nd birthday.
Loch Lomond MSP’s Jackie Baillie and Bruce Crawford suspended campaigning for a few hours and called in for a couple of scoops of Loch Lomond Luxury Ice Cream. The politicians were full of praise for the ice cream produced on the banks of Loch Lomond, with Jackie describing it as the best she had ever tasted.
Loch Lomond Luxury Ice Cream was created by Stuart Fraser, part of the family behind the multi-award winning Oak Tree Inn.
St Mocha opened to serve artisan coffee and its homemade authentic Loch Lomond ice cream brands to visitors to Balmaha. Over the last two years St Mocha has served over 100,000 scoops of ice cream and now Stuart has plans to expand beyond its Balmaha base.
Stuart explains: "Our customers love our authentic Loch Lomond ice cream, it’s a vital part of their experience and now we are looking to create new outlets for it. Our aim is to have Loch Lomond Ice Cream available all around the lochside and beyond".
