The Willow Recruiting Staff for Pop-Up Tea Room at Loch Lomond Shores
The Willow Tea Rooms are recruiting for experienced full and part-time temporary staff for the period May to 31 October 2015 for our new pop-up Tea Room at Loch Lomond Shores Balloch.
The Tea Room is open every day from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.
You will be responsible for providing a high quality front of house service to our customers. Detailed duties include meeting and greeting customers, taking orders, setting tables, serving food and drinks, cake preparation, stocking of front of house sales cabinets.
Previous experience in the hospitality/tourism/catering sector is preferable and you must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the principles of customer care. You will also have an understanding of the principles of food safety and health & safety.
As experienced cook/kitchen assistants, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and serving of food and drinks. As part of the team, you will ensure that all aspects of our kitchen service taken account of the need to provide a quality service in a quick and efficient manner.
A food hygiene certificate at elementary or intermediate level is required together with a thorough understanding of the principles of food safety.
