Springfest to Shine Spotlight on Local Food and Drink Suppliers

One of the largest food and drink festivals in the country, set to take place on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 April 2017 at Loch Lomond Shores, Balloch, celebrates a great array of quality local food and drink businesses.

Businesses such as Loch Lomond Brewery, Trossachs Distillery and many more, which love attending this major festival taking place on their doorsteps, will be setting up to sell their great produce at the annual food and drink festival.

Springfest, now in its third year, is set to welcome thousands of visitors flock to the stunning banks of Loch Lomond Shores.

The free festival offers something for everyone looking for the ultimate day out; with innovative and inspiring wild food and drink workshops which teach people how to tap into nature’s free larder for exquisite flavours and tastes.

The popular Loch Lomond food and drink festival caters for all tastes and offers free kids cooking workshops, live music, demos, tastings, a stilt-walking chef and the chance to get up close to a jaw dropping 8ft tall T-Rex!

Loch Lomond Shores in Balloch has become a favourite day trip destination for locals and tourists alike and with a stunning loch-side backdrop and plenty to keep everyone entertained, it’s the ultimate spring destination.
