Loch Lomond Arms Hotel Launches Fabuluss New Boot Camp
Kick start a healthier regime in the glorious surroundings of Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park and sample a new Fabuluss two night Boot Camp, staying in the award-winning Loch Lomond Arms Hotel, Luss, just 45 minutes from Glasgow.
A Fabuluss Boot Camp is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, and includes comprehensive health, fitness and postural assessments and a personalised core-stability workout designed specifically to individual needs, to focus on injury prevention and improve general posture. Nutritional and lifestyle advice is given in conjunction with the exercise plan in order to help participants achieve maximum results.
There will be varied workouts to maximise fat burning and prevent boredom including circuits, kettle bell workouts, running/jogging and power walking, all led by instructors from SoS Fitness. Specially created healthy and nutritious meals and a relaxation session at the Carrick Spa are also included.
A Fabuluss Bootcamp includes two nights at the four-star Loch Lomond Arms Hotel (based on two people sharing a room; single rooms available at £25 pp pn), all meals, transport to/from Carrick Spa and your personalised sessions with SoS Fitness. Individuals or groups of 6-12 welcome.
