Get Set for Springfest 2016
Springfest is one of the largest food & drink festivals in the country, taking place on the banks of Loch Lomond at Loch Lomond Shores, Balloch.
Over 100 food and drink producers and suppliers will set up their stands on the stunning banks of Loch Lomond Shores on the weekend of Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 April 2016, offering tastings, demonstrations and excellent ideas on cooking up spring dishes with a range of high quality fresh foods and produce.
Everyone is catered for with the kids tent offering fun interactive sessions making ‘Silly Sundaes’ and there will be wild food workshops taking in the beautiful settings and showing everything the outdoors has to offer. You’ll learn just how to survive with nature’s larder, Bear Grylls style!
There will be a range of cooking demonstrations from top chefs, herb walks, live music with flavours to suit all tastes, fine wines and ales at the stunning beach bar, cheese and wine pairing workshops, katakanu boat hire and much more. Why not check out the programme and plan your trip?
