The Old School House is situated on the A811 between the villages of Gartocharn and Drymen. The property offers free car parking and bicycle storage, if required. Residents have their own private entrance leading to a patio and lovely garden area. A comfortable private residents lounge is available with free WIFI. Three of the four en-suite bedrooms are located on the ground floor making access easier for for the elderly and disabled.

Houlet's Nest is a self-catering fully equipped one-bedded annex available from October 2016.

Children are welcome and under 6's are free of charge if sharing with their parents. A z-bed or cot is available by prior arrangement. Well behaved dogs are welcome subject to prior arrangement.

The property is only 30 minutes from Glasgow Airport and is very accessible to Stirling or Glasgow City Centre. The Old School House is an excellent base from which to enjoy the lovely countryside with its many outdoor activities and/or visit nearby historical sights and museums. It is an excellent stop-off point on your tour of Scotland.
