Houlet's Nest was newly developed (October 2016) by extending an outbuilding which was once the toilet block for 18th Century Kilmaronock Public School. A new timber clad extension has been added to the original stone building to present a unique space. Architecturally designed and built to modern building standards if offers a cosy base to explore all that Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park has to offer.

Extra Information

Perfect for two people but can accomodate up to four by using the sofa bed. Centrally heated with LPG Combination Boiler it has an en-suite toilet facility plus a large four piece luxury bathroom. The open plan lounge/diner/kitchen is fully equipped with brand new kitchen appliances and a log-burning stove. There is a TV in the bedroom plus a large SMART TV in the lounge. Free WIFI is provided.  A private courtyard area with table and chairs, accessed through french doors from the lounge or the bedroom, completes the unit.

Booking Information

50% is payable on booking with the balance payable 7 days before arrival. Credit card required in accordance with a standard holiday letting agreement as protection against damage and breakages.
